Vincent Poon :: Sidi Bou Said

With the narrow, cobbled streets and the white and blue houses, people often compare this little cliff-top village to the Greek islands. Well, if you really think that  either you have never been to Greece (which I highly recommend you to do so!) or that I am missing something here...

Having said that it is still quite a unique place in Tunisia and is worth a visit if you are visiting Carthage anyway.

From the cliff top you could see the marina and the beach below, which was a long walk down some steep stairs..
This man was feeding the cat, I must say the food looked quite good... and that cat looked like slyvester from the WB cartoons
More doors@Sidi Bou Said. This one was the entrance of La Villa Bleue

Dar el-Annabi was an 18th century family home
This 300 yr old house had a magnificent courtyard
The train station looked nice when lit up. Yes I risked my life taking this picture (again?)
Time to wave good bye to this lovely village~
