Vincent Poon :: Opus

Opus was the main dining room where we dined there every night. In addition, we also got a very special sunday brunch and also two formal dining nights where the food was usually better! (If you knew what to choose, that is) Basically you get the same table and waiters every night, so make sure you made a good relationship with them on the first night!

This was our original table on the first night before we got moved
The next day (1/9) was Sunday and it was a sea day, so we had a brunch in main dining room instead!
All the ice sculptures were craved by the masters on board the ship!
Are these fruits edible or just for decorations?
