Via Dolorosa, "Way of Sorrows", or more commonly known to us Catholics as the "Stations of the Cross". Here I tried to re-live the moments by following the footsteps of Jesus on his last journey before his crucifixion

Station VII - Jesus falls the second time. The Franciscan chapel contains one of the columns of the Byzantine Cardo, the main street of 6th-century Jerusalem
Station VIII - Jesus meets the women of Jerusalem. He said,  'Daughters of Jerusalem, do not weep for me but weep rather for yourselves and for your children'
Station VIII was not easy to find, it was next to the Greek Orthodox Monastery of Saint Charalampus.
Now I had to backtrack to find Station IX - Jesus falls the third time. Now the entrance of a Coptic monastery church

Station XI - Crucifixion: Jesus is nailed to the cross. This is found on the upper level of the Church
Station XII - Jesus dies on the cross. Now a Greek Orthodox Chapel, is where Jesus was crucified.
