The original intention was always to try out the local specialty of the cuisine from the various countries in the  Balkan peninsula. However after 2 weeks of eating many pasta, seafood, bread and meat I am not sure at the end what I ate was anything local or just made for the tourists.

Thought I would try some catch of the day but this is no fish and chips... lots of bones!
Fried squid (and some pak choy??!!) a lot better than the fishes!
Croatian coke also has the special names edition on the bottle. Total meal cost - 130 HRK
Dinner at 'Windows on Hvar' again at the hotel, 160 HRK each, very cheap for a buffet

Duck breast... definitely not appealing
Fried chicken and veggies.. wait are these brussel sprouts?
They call it an international buffet, so I guess those are mexicans

It would be good if you are fish lovers, for me, I had too much at lunch already
Grilled eggplants, one of my favorites!!
Those red ones were Tuna? steaks... I'd wish they were pork chops
Dessert selection was not plentiful, but then it was still a good deal for such a price and you get to try out the Croatian cuisine as well (if you managed to find out what they are)
