Went for a photo exhibition yesterday with TM. I was really impressed by a street photo taken in Paris by William Klien on Nov 11, 1962 -- a black and white photo of two couples and a by-passing folk staring at the camera (unforturnately can't find that piece online). It was probably taken by wide angle 35mm, which Klien is fond of. I wonder if it was plain coincidence that the subjects were photographed in such a compact picture frame, yet each one is revealing a unique instant of their own story.
Interesting to see photographic works from another end of the globe and indeed from another era. The exhibition really has enriched my senses and enlightened me.
