1. Champagne Serveaux Brut Rose De Saignee-Cru NV
Beautiful vivid ruby color; bouquet of fruit and spring flowers; nice focus palate with velvety structure; powerfule aromas of red fruit dense raspberry, Morello cherry and predominance of raspberry.

2. Champagne Vincent Carre-Brut Rose NV-Premier Cru NV
Delicate salmon color; lovely and light red fruit aromas. The main characteristics of this exceptional Rose are its finesse due to the high percentage of chardonnay, its complexity and velvety taste thanks to the Pinot Noir. The equilibrium is perfect.

3. Xavier Vins Chateauneuf Du Pape Blanc 2010
Beautiful golden eye from the Roussanne, brillant. Highlighting the minerality and freshness with ripe grapes on a tart. In addition to citrus still present, the aromas of white fruit, vine peach and notes of sweet spices and ginger dominate for now. The Roussane gives a hint of quince, honey and apricot. This nose become more complex with time evolved into the flavors of Grenache Blanc and Clairette. In the mouth, a lot of fat, fresh, and length that promise a great future to this Chateaneuf.

4. Xavier Vins Vacqueyras 2010
2010 Vacqueyras was made from a somewhat unusual blend of 50% Syrah, 30% Mourvedre and 20% Grenache, most of it from the Plateau de Garrigue, near Sarrians in Vacqueyras. This rich effort reveals lots of forest floor, roasted herb, blackberry and cassis notes as well as a hint of acacia flowers. Impeccably pure,  rich and long, it should drink well for 6-8 years.

5. Domaine Chante Cigale Chateauneuf Du Pape Vieilles Vignes Rouge 2009
Deep, dark & intense black spicy fruit on the nose with a lifted violet aroma. The palate is at once suffused with sweet-ripe black fruit counterpoised by the savouriness of the black tapenade and finely grained wood. Leather , cloves and a mix of herbs and plums is also present. The finish is supple and rounded with excellent integration, complexity and concentration as a result of the old vines superior fruit.

6. Xavier Vins Chateauneuf Du Pape Cuvee Anonyme 2005
A big Chateauneug: fruits red, black fruits, spices, garrigue. 2005 is great vintage. Health condition of grapevines was flawless, grapes were harvested in perfect ripeness. Result is flawless with a nice saltiness brought by the old grenaches.The Elegance of its tannins does not impose a long ageing for this Chateauneuf.
