Light golden color. Nose of sweet apples, peaches, flowers. Palate of same w/ some citrus, petrol, minerals. Very balanced & essentially dry.

Firm & focused w/ dried strawberry & watermelon flavors supported by a nice story underpinning. Clean & fresh finish.

1. E.Guigal Crozes Hermitage Rouge 2006
Smoky, Cherry & dark berry aromas along w/ a suggestion of leather. Finishes w/ sweet, meaty & persistent, supple tannins.
2. Les Moulins de Citran 2002
New oak along sweet black currant & cherry fruit aroma, medium body, & fine ripeness, density, & overall balance.
3. Louis Jadot Cote de Brouilly Domaine Balloquet 2006
Light to medium bodied wines w/ modest tannis & good acidity. Cherry & raspberry flavored wines w/ earthy hints of violets & spice.
4. Chateau Larose-Trintaudon, Cru-Bourgeois Superieur 2004
Smoky roast coffee bean w/ vibrant black fruit. Herbal note adds lift. Juicy, rich, almost plumy exotic spices. Supple texture & gorgeous freshness.
5. Segla Red 2005
This wine is well concentrated w/ ripe fruit & a good length, whilst maintaining the finess & delicate tannis of Margaux.
Champagne:

Pale good in color w/ a very fine mousse, the wine is aromatic on the nose. On the palate, it's well balanced & shows great finess & complexity.
