伊始，Madison 的目標始終是堅持做香港及中國最頂級的葡萄酒貿易及零售商，為客戶提供專業的服務及優質的佳釀。隨着Madison 零售業務的迅速發展及為了給客戶提供更專業的服務，一個全新的酒窖於北角正適開幕並投入服務。

為了保證所有貨品的最佳品質，Madison 酒窖嚴格遵照香港品質保證局(HKQAA)所製定的優質葡萄酒存儲條例(The Wine Storage Management Systems Certification Scheme For Fine Wine), 精心保存和遞送每一瓶佳釀。此外，Madison 自設獨立物流遞送團隊，每一個細節嚴格監控，確保貨品其完美品質。

酒窖亮點:
- 溫度：保持在攝氏14-16 度之間；小於3 度的波幅
- 濕度：控制在55% - 80%；
- 材料：地板及天花板均使用保溫材料；
- 安全：周全的紅外線動態檢測報警系統，以及中央視頻監控系統
- 服務：會員私人酒窖服務
- 存儲容量大約6 萬5 千瓶

Madison 於2014 年9 月正適成為福臨門(九龍)獨家葡萄酒供應商，並是香港唯一一家有獨家葡萄酒供應商的米芝蓮中式食府。Madison 和福臨門的合作包括精心挑選了超過200 款來自世界各地葡萄臻釀制作全新酒單、提供獨家葡萄酒品牌推廣，與酒莊合辦特别酒宴及推出精緻的美酒佳餚套餐等，令經典粵菜與美酒達到相得益彰效果。
