I kept my jewellery minimal.

The marquise cut jade ring and oval cabochon jades bracelet were both inherited from Kiu's grandmother.

They were handcrafted in the mid century era around 1960s. Incredible vintage fine jewelry!

Our Tiffany necklaces were a wedding present from Natalie, Kiu's sister.

I opted for simple style and something timeless.

I was in two minds as to whether or not I should have my wedding bouquet  ordered from the wedding company because it's much more expensive and most importantly they are not my style.

I do not want a typical round wedding bouquet.

As fate would have it, my close friends had looked up バッカス (a local floral shop in Okinawa) and ordered all my bouquet, floral crown, hair pieces, and also boutonniere of Kiu as a wedding gift to us.

I have been oohing and ahhing my way through opening the gift box when I arrived the church=)

This gorgeous bouquet by バッカス was probably the star of the show.

The giant flower is also known as a glamelia, and is made from multiple layers of rose petals.

As soon as 仲宗根 (florist) mentioned to my friends they knew I had to have it=)

仲宗根 was full of great advice and knowledge and it was nice to have him as my florist of the day.

All things made my day more personal.

My floral crown was a great focal point of my total look whereas Kiu had a simple succulent boutonniere.
